Using the tricks for the current weeks routine - this class will focus on holding those tricks as a pose. In addition, we will do intervals of lifting positions to increase your overall strength. There is no pre-requisite for this class. Class Dress: Yoga Style Pants, Tee or Tank, Stripper style shoes(we have available for use). Appropriate for all levels.
